[IGSSTATION-5780] TUKT data submissions delayed

Data submissions for TUKT have been delayed since Day 129 (May 9) due to problems with the telephone line. We expect repairs to be completed by May 16. No loss of data is expected. I will advise when the backlog of data has been retrieved.
