[IGSSTATION-5698] GENO data resubmission

Please be adviced that data from GENO (Genova, Italy) for DOY (2014) 058 and 
059
have been resubmitted to correct the wrong Header Marker Name field
in the Rinex files.

Please also note that an updated site log for GENO has been submitted to 
both IGS and
EUREF in order to record a cable connector replacement on the antenna cable.
