[IGSSTATION-5564] FAA1: Available again with replaced receiver

Dear all, 

After several months of on-and-off availability, FAA1 is now up and 
running again with another Septentrio PolaRx4 receiver (S/N 3001347). 

The new site log faa1_20131008.log will duly become available on the IGS 
website.
