[IGSSTATION-5442] POLV: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

The firmware of the receiver Leica GR10 on the POLV station was upgraded from the version 2.62/6.112 to the version 3.00/6.113 on 11-JUN-2013 10:16.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.
