[IGSSTATION-5366] MAL2: new antenna as of today

Dear all, 

Please note that the antenna at our station MAL2 has been upgraded today 
to a LEICA AR25.R4. After a final check tomorrow morning, data 
dissemination will commence and previous data will be made available 
retrospectively from 04/04/2013 12:00 UTC onwards. The new station log 
mal2_20130404.log has been submitted to the IGS DB and should be available 
shortly. 

The upgrade concerns the following changes:
