[IGSSTATION-5365] KIRU: available again after recevier replacement

Dear all, 

Please note that the receiver at our station KIRU has been replaced today 
by the same model but with different S/N and firmware. Data dissemination 
will commence today after 13:00 UTC. The new station log has been 
submitted to the IGS DB and should be available shortly. 

The upgrade concerns the following minimal changes:

     Satellite System         : GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS+QZSS+SBAS
     Serial Number            : 3001347
     Firmware Version         : 2.3.4
     Elevation Cutoff Setting : 0 deg

     Date Removed             : 2013-04-03T12:30Z
     Temperature Stabiliz.    : (deg C) +/- 1
     Additional Information   : (multiple lines)
