[IGSSTATION-5353] THU2 New receiver and external frequency

Dear colleagues,

As from 2013-03-19T00:00Z the following changes will be take effect on THU2 43001M002:

                             New receiver:                                                          Leica GRX1200+GNSS
                             New external frequency standard:                 Symmetricom 8040C

A new sitelog will be sent to the Central Bureau.

In near future operation of THU3 will stop, and it is our hope that the new THU2 receiver will cover full functionality of THU3 as well.
