[IGSSTATION-5248] DGAR: recent data gap

Dear Colleagues,

We are had a data outage at the Diego Garcia (DGAR) IGS
station. The data outage started on 2013-01-05T17:00 and
lasted until 2013-01-08T04:30.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the DGAR station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Air Force Space Command, Diego Garcia with
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science
Mission Directorate.
