[IGSSTATION-5233] VILL and CEBR unvailable due to station upgrade

Dear all, 

Please be advised that the stations VILL and CEBR will duly be upgraded to 
multi-GNSS Septentrio receivers and antennas, and will therefore be 
unavailable during the testing period, for at least a week. 

Upgrades are expected to be performed either tomorrow or beginning of next 
week, until which data from the current receivers/antennas will remain 
available. 

Further details will be provided as soon as the upgrades are complete.
