[IGSSTATION-5198] GMSD: start distributing high-rate RINEX, and ver3.02 RINEX

Subject: GMSD: start distributing high-rate RINEX, and ver3.02 RINEX

Dear Colleagues,

In the past, GMSD RINEX data (daily and hourly) by only ver2.11 are 
available.
Now, JAXA starts distributing daily, hourly, and high-rate RINEX 
by ver2.11 and ver3.02.

In short,

Moreover, JAXA is distributing GMSD real-time data via
"IGS-CD Ntrip Broadcaster".

Therefore, you can access full kind of GNSS data at GMSD,
such as real-time, high-rate, hourly, and daily.

We would like to emphasize; 
(1) Since QZS-1 is observed all day long from GMSD, 
    QZS-1 data is available by GMSD RINEX ver3.02.
    If you have an interest in QZS-1 data, GMSD data helps you, 
and
(2) GMSD has collocation  with SLR station, whose name is GMSL.

JAXA hopes to contribute GNSS world via QZSS activities.
