[IGSSTATION-5164] UZHL: antenna change

Dear colleagues,

On 07-NOV-2012 09:20 UTC the antenna "NOV702GG        NONE" (s/n 70023) and the 30-m antenna cable were changed with the antenna "NOV702GG        NONE" (s/n 70013) and the 25-m antenna cable at the UZHL station (Uzhgorod, Ukraine).

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.

The GPS/GLONASS observations were restarted on 07-NOV-2012 09:27 UTC (DOY 312).

The missed UZHL data for DOYs 115-182 were uploaded to the BKGI, OLG, and IGN data centres. The UZHL data for DOYs 183-311 are not available.
