[IGSSTATION-5154] IENG: outage

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform you that, due to a blackout affecting the 
INRIM RadioNavigation Laboratory, IENG station switched off on 2012 
October 29th (MJD 56229 ; DOY 303) at 17.45 UTC.

All the operations have been resumed the following day, at 10.43 UTC.

We apologize for any inconvenience this setback could have caused.
