[IGSSTATION-5088] IENG: recent data outage

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform you that, due to some problems affecting the 
INRIM "RadioNavigation Laboratory" UTC(IT) time scale frequency signals 
distributing system, IENG station did not perform measurements since 
05:09:00 UTC of 2012 August 19th (DOY 232 ; MJD 56158) to 14:25:00 UTC 
of 2012 August 24th (DOY 237 ; MJD 56163).

We apologize for any inconvenience this setback could have caused.
