[IGSSTATION-5110] ALGO: Data Flow Interruption

Dear Colleagues,

Due to intermittent power issues at IGS Station ALGO, the data flow has been interrupted since 2012-09-24 at ~6:15ut.  We are working on resolving this issue as efficiently as possible.
