[IGSSTATION-5098] GANP: firmware upgrade

Subject: GANP firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

Trimble NetR9 receiver firmware on the IGS station GANP was upgraded to the newest 4.60/4.27 version today (21.9.2012).
Changed site log was uploaded to the IGS CB. GANP station now provides GALILEO and L5.
