[IGSSTATION-5039] SOLA: firmware upgraded

Dear Colleagues,

The firmware on the receiver at the Solar Village (SOLA) IGS station has 
been upgraded.  The firmware was upgraded to provide tracking of G32 as 
requested by the CODE AC Team.
