[IGSSTATION-5006] SANT: data gap

The Santiago, Chile station (SANT) experienced a power surge on 
2012-05-06 which left the station without power. Once the locals 
repaired their critical systems we got news that the power adapter to 
the Ashtech receiver was damaged. A replacement power adapter was sent 
to the station and the locals have installed it. The receiver is now 
powered up and properly functioning. There is a data gap from 
2012-05-06T12:15 to 2012-07-10T20:44.

Maintenance and operations of the SANT station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, SSC Chile, and IDA with funding provided
by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission
Directorate.
