[IGSSTATION-5005] MKEA: network communication problem

The Mauna Kea, Hawaii station (MKEA) is currently experiencing network 
communication problems. The server attached to the receiver is unable to 
send us recently collected data. If any data gaps become present to us 
once the network link is restored we will make the community aware of 
them. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the MKEA station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the NRAO  MKVLBA Station with funding provided
by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission
Directorate.
