[IGSSTATION-4966] Network failure JOZE, JOZ2

Dear Colleagues,

Warsaw University of Technology Astro-Geodetic Observatory lost network 
connection after power failure during violent storm in the night 20/21 
June (DOY172/173).

Some data have been permanently lost, but from DOY174 JOZE and JOZ2 
receivers are working normally.

We still have problems with network.

Data will be resubmittedas soon as we can reestablish network connection.

We apoloigise for the inconveniences.
