[IGSSTATION-4889] SCRZ resubmission of daily data from 099 to 113

Dear Colleagues,

Some RINEX files of the station SCRZ (Bolivia) contained erroneous 
header information. They were corrected and resubmitted to the IGS data 
centers. They are:
