[IGSSTATION-4819] CCJ2: Switching to internal clock and restoring setting

Dear Colleagues,

The CCJ2 receiver was switched to use internal clock
on March 8th, because of maintenance of external Cesium.
And on March 12th, its setting was restored to using
external Cesium.
The updated site log has been submitted to the IGS CB.
