[IGSSTATION-4813] ZAMB: data collection resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The IGS station in Lusaka, Zambia (ZAMB) has recently had a new receiver 
installed.  Here are the details of the recently installed receiver:

Unfortunately, no data has been collected at this station since May 
28th, 2008.  We apologize for the inconvenience this lengthy outage may 
have caused.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.  Data 
publication will be resuming shortly.

We would also like to acknowledge the help and assistance of personnel 
from the Hartebeesthoek RAO in restoring operations.

Maintenance and operations of the ZAMB station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, the Hartebeesthoek RAO in Krugersdorp South 
Africa, Zambia Survey Department, the Dept. of Surveying (Univ. of 
Zambia), and NOAA, with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and 
Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
