[IGSSTATION-4796] KGNI: data resubmission

Dear Colleagues,

The data of Koganei station in Tokyo Japan (KGNI) has been resent to 
CDDIS and KASI server today. Unfortunately, since some data sets 
corrupted, these were lost. The data of
 doy 41 - 45 of 2011
 doy 64 and 65 of 2011
 doy 73 - 102 of 2011
 doy 316 - 318 of 2011
have been lost. We have already resubmitted the other data sets from 
doy001 of 2011 to doy055 of 2012 (except the data as shown above) int 
CDDIS and KASI servers.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
