[IGSSTATION-4788] REUN : Network problem

Dear Colleagues,

A strong thunderstorm happened yesterday at 10h UT on Reunion Island.
Thus observatory 's internet controller has been damaged, internet connection is not longer available.
This should be fix during this afternoon. Receiver seems ok, then data files will be resubmitted as soon as REUN will be back on line.

We apologize for inconvenience.
