[IGSSTATION-4752] AREQ: radome re-installation

Dear Colleagues,

We have scheduled the radome re-installation at the Arequipa, Peru 
(AREQ) station for next Friday February 3rd.  An updated site log will 
be submitted to the IGSCB.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Maintenance and operations of the AREQ station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and The Arequipa Tracking Station, with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - 
Science Mission Directorate.
