[IGSSTATION-4740] CCJ2:Switched to internal clock

Dear Colleagues,

The CCJ2 receiver has been switched to use internal clock
on January 17, because of maintenance and repair of
the external Cesium.
The updated site log has been submitted to the IGS CB.
