[IGSSTATION-4726] CCJ2: switched to Internal clock

Dear Colleagues,

The CCJ2 receiver will be switched to use internal clock
at 04:00UT on January 10th, because of the maintenance and
repair of the external Cesium.
The updated site log has been submitted to the IGS CB.
