[IGSSTATION-4694] GUAT data upload suspended

Dear Colleagues,
  Data collection has been suspended for station GUAT effective 
immediately. An equipment upgrade on 2011-333 has resulted in an antenna 
offset. We are working with the station owners to remove the added 
spacer and then resume data submission to the IGS along with a revised 
site log.
  This station is owned and operated by IGN of Guatemala
  I apologize for the delay in notification and I will work with the 
IGSGDC to remove the offending data from 2011:333-341.
