[IGSSTATION-4693] ZIMM data degraded - Upload to data centers stopped

Dear colleagues,

Since mid of the year 2011 the GPS data collected from the ZIMM receiver suffer a loss of observations at low elevations. Especially L2 data are missing.
The performance degration increased steadily, almost linearly. At the moment, less than 50 percent of the data are collected. Only in some rare cases normal data are provided. The problems are related to the antenna.
This morning we tried a "rescue" action, removing little water from the inside of the antenna and trying to clean some connections. Also a new antenna connector was installed. Unfortunately, there are still missing observations.

In order to prevent possibe processing problems, we stopped the data upload of daily and hourly files to BKG, CDDIS, SIO, IGN and OLG.
