[IGSSTATION-4515] FAA1 down since doy 210

Dear colleagues,

Please be informed that the GNSS station FAA1 has been down since doy 210 
(29/07/2011) due to a computer failure.

So far, none of our efforts to restore the operations have been 
successful, and unfortunately at this time we can not provide an 
estimation on when it will be back in operations.

We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause.
