Ladies and Gentlemen

Concerning NICO, we got an E-mail and information
from Mr. Andreas Stylianides, Meteorological
Radiosonde Station, Nicosia, Cyprus:

"Sorry for delay. I was on leave for a few days.
We had last 30 days many problems with electricity and internet access 
also. We have problem also with the upload speed for our ADSL connections.
