[IGSSTATION-4473] CAGS receiver & antenna replaced on Day 193

Further to IGSSTATION Mail 4456, the CAGS receiver and antenna were 
damaged in the lightning strike on June 28 and were replaced on July 
12 (Day 193). No data was acquired from Day 179 until Day 193. The 
new receiver and antenna are of the same type as before:
