[IGSSTATION-4306] SCH2 receiver problem

Dear colleagues,

The Topcon receiver in SCH2 stopped recording data on 2011-03-21_21:00:00 UT (DOY 080).
Attempts to solve the problem didn't work.
We are trying to get in touch with our site contact to go to the site and report on the status of the equipment.

We will keep you posted on the actions taken to solve the problem.
