[IGSSTATION-4257] CRAO: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

We recently had a data outage at the Simeiz, Ukraine (CRAO) station.  The data
outage started on February 11th around 15:00 UTC (2011.042) and lasted until 
February 17th at 03:31 UTC (2011.048).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operation of the CRAO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission 
Directorate.
