[IGSSTATION-4189] BRFT switched to internal clock and not external Hydrogen Maser

Dear Colleagues,
  I have just switched the BRFT receiver after yesterday's firmware 
upgrade to use its internal clock and not the external Hydrogen maser. A 
note has been made in section 3.3 and a new log has been submitted to 
the IGSCB.
