[IGSSTATION-4188] BRFT firmware upgrade to 8.10

Dear Colleagues,
  To hopefully fix the poor tracking at BRFT I have completed upgrading 
firmware to 8.10 with the Internal Measurement Engine of 2.125.
  An updated site log has been sent to IGSCB.
