[IGSSTATION-4157] Changes planned at FLIN IGS RF station

Dear colleagues,

This is an advisory to let you know that starting DOY 355  Geodetic Survey of Canada will become the primary contact for the IGS station FLIN.
We will do our best to maintain the quality Geological Survey of Canada has provided for this stations since its creation on  June 05, 1996.

We are planning to change the antenna and the receiver tomorrow, DOY355 or Dec21, 2010.
Please note that the RF skirt and the radome will also be removed. It is planned to install an ecosorb AN-77 foam under the antenna, on top of the pillar.
