</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">This is an advisory to let you know that starting DOY 355 Geodetic Survey of Canada will become the primary contact for the IGS station FLIN.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We will do our best to maintain the quality Geological Survey of Canada has provided for this stations since its creation</FONT> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">on June 05, 1996.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We are planning to change the antenna and the receiver tomorrow, DOY355 or Dec21, 2010.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Please note that the RF skirt and the radome will also be removed. It is planned to install an ecosorb AN-77 foam under the antenna, on top of the pillar.</FONT></P>
