[IGSSTATION-4149] HOLM daily data resubmission for DOY 342

The HOLM daily data file for DOY 342 was submitted with an old 
receiver serial number in the header (the receiver was replaced the 
day before with another of the same model -- see IGSSTATION-4144). 
The corrected file was resubmitted today (DOY 343) at 15:26 UT.
