[IGSSTATION-4129] GMSD Data Outage and Changing GPSR

Dear Colleagues,

Site ID:  GMSD
IERS DOMES No.:  21749S002
Location: Nakatane town, Kagoshima, Japan
Agency:  Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency

Recently, it is unstable to transmit GPS data at GMSD.
Due to maintenance and changing GPS receiver, sometimes,
we could not transmit GMAS data.

We will change GPS receiver soon.
>From now to 7th/Dec,  GPS receiver is Novatel DL-V3,
After 7th/Dec,  GPS receiver is Trimble NetRS.

The missing data is unrecoverable.

Note that:
In order to keep local tie with SLR equipment, we will not
change GPS antenna.

We will update site log soon.
