[IGSSTATION-4128] HOLM tracking problem

The Ashtech Micro-Z receiver at HOLM has been experiencing worsening 
tracking problems that began Day 289 (Oct 16) 2010. The number of 
satellites being tracked has slowly decreased to less than half the 
available satellites.

We are attempting to reach our local contact to inspect the antenna 
for damage or blockages. I will post a follow up message once we have 
more information.
