[IGSSTATION-4119] GLPS: data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Galapagos (GLPS) IGS station recently had a data outage due to a download 
computer problem.  No data was collected from November 16th at 12:00 UTC 
(2010.320) until November 17th at 16:06 UTC (2010.321).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the GLPS station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Charles Darwin Foundation, with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission 
Directorate.
