[IGSSTATION-4066] GLPS: data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Galapagos (GLPS) IGS station recently had a data outage due to a download 
computer problem.  No data was collected from October 7th at 02:00 UTC 
(2010.280) until October 11th at 19:23 UTC (2010.284).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the GLPS station is a collaborative effort
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Charles Darwin Foundation, with funding
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission
Directorate.
