IGS station WGTN (Wellington, NZ) was upgraded to a Trimble NetR9
GNS+GLONASS receiver and Zephyr Geodetic II antenna at 22:35 UT on 14 Nov
2010. An updated site log has been sent to the IGS.

We did not operate a temporary site close (10-100 m) to WGTN before and
after this exchange because of logistical difficulties with access to the
site. Continuous station WGTT (available at IGS data centres through the
TIGA pilot project) is located ~5 km away and it may be possible to use
data from this station to calibrate any offset in the WGTN time series.

Cheers,
Simon
