Dear Colleagues,
Due to hardware maintenance activities to be conducted on the H-Maser
used as local oscillator for OPMT IGS station, we have performed a
change of reference clock on DOY 300, MJD 55496, Wednesday October 27
2010. The new reference clock is still an H-Maser, but old enough to
exhibit more noise compared to the former one. It is expected that after
a given period of time depending on that maintenance activity we might
go back to the former H-Maser in a few months from here.
We nevertheless advise potential users that OPMT data files might be
corrupted for DOY 300 and 301. In average, OPMT data might exhibit today
a small offset of about 1 ns with respect to the former situation, which
stays consistent with usual delay calibration uncertainties.
A new logfile for OPMT is joined to that email.
Please feel free to contact us in the case more detailed information
would be needed.
Best regards.
Pierre Uhrich.
