[IGSSTATION-4089] ISTA Operation interruption

Ladies and Gentlemen

 From Mr. Caner Guney, Istanbul Technical University,
we got an information concerning the ISTA GPS Permanent
Tracking Station Istanbul, Turkey:

"There is refurbishment work in the floor of the Faculy of Civil 
Enginnering where ISTA is situated. Therefore, we had to move ISTA box 
to space that is close to its preivous place. The antenna of ISTA is 
still in the same position, nothing has been changed with ISTA Antenna.
Today or tomorrow ISTA will again start working and you will be able to 
get ISTA data."
