[IGSSTATION-4007] WARN: antenna change

Today, Sept. 15, 2010 at 10:00 UT, we changed the antenna at
station WARN 14277M002. An updated logfile and the absolute
calibration file was submitted to the central bureau. 

Old:  TPSCR3_GGD      CONE, SN# 217-0159
New: LEIAR25.R3      LEIT, SN# 09050002
