Update to IGSSTATION-3987:
Communications to WILL have been re-established. The fault was in the UPS which failed, causing the entire site to lose power. The data loss commencing 2010-09-08T04:00Z to 2010-09-13T23:00Z is therefore permanent. Data submissions have now resumed.
