[IGSSTATION-3984] IENG: hourly files missing

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform you that, due to an unexpected problem on the 
INRIM general power supply system, IENG station switched off on Friday 
2010 September 3rd (DOY 246 ; MJD 55442).

For this reason, IENG "hourly" files since hour "f" to hour "n" of 
mentioned day have not been generated.

I apologize for any inconvenience this setback may cause.
