[IGSSTATION-3971] IENG: hourly files missing

Dear colleagues,

this message is to inform you that, due to a problem on the server managing INRIM ASHTECH-ZXII-3T receiver, following IENG "hourly" files have not been uploaded to the related data centers.

- Since hour "x" of DOY 222 to hour "x" of DOY 227;
- Since hour "q" of DOY 228 to hour "x" of DOY 231;
- Hour "h" file of DOY 228.

Conversely, "daily" files for mentioned period are complete and have been correctly uploaded.
